White Wine FLP
Mix of grapes grown in sandy and chalky-clay soils from Bical grapes (chalky-clay), Cerceal and Sercialinho (sandy). It is sweet due to the stop made in the fermentation with the addition of liquid nitrogen to generate cooling, what results in a low alcohol by volume and a high sugar value. That is why we call it Molecular Wine. To be taken with desserts and other fats.
