Michael Weiss in Luis Pato Cellar
With the joint organization of ViniPortugal and due to a request of himself, Michael Weiss, Wine Educator in the Culinary Institute of America, visited Luis Pato Cellar, laste June 28th. The tasting of Luis Pato's wines and of the other IWA's (Independent Winegrowers Association), members was followed by a lunch with the suckling pig from Bairrada and Luis Pato Baga Sparkling Wine 2003 and 2005. This visit of Michael Weiss to Portugal has the purpose to edit a new book about the Portuguese wines. |
